The VIP - service is priority in ticket registration, assistance at passing passport and custom formalities, luggage registration. Passengers can take advantage also of  wide choice of dishes and drinks from the restaurant menu. At the disposal of visitors of VIP-lounge update press, TV, internet.

The VIP-lounge renders following services:

• - passengers and luggage registration at separately allocated racks of registration
• - custom and passport control pass without turn
• - registration on flight till 30 minutes to departure
• - Individual support of passengers from the VIP- lounge to a plane parking lot, passengers boarding and luggage loading to the plane organizing
• - luggage unloading from the plane, its transportation and delivery to passengers
• - registration of the transportation documentation
• - supply of passengers with necessary information on departures/arrivals
• - wide choice of newspapers and magazines in Russian, English and German languages free of charge. Granting of services TV
• - provision of food, coolers and alcoholic drinks in assortment (by additional expense)
• - rendering of first medical and other necessary help
• - in case of flight delay the passenger can stay in salon up to boarding. The salon works round the clock and satisfies world standards of quality of passengers' services.

Price offer for VIP service

• 1. All prices - in RUR.
• 2. Price for service for child without adult as for the adult.
• 3. Children under 2 years old are serviced by free of charged.
• 4. The mentioned prices can be changed in case of changes of airports fees.

• 1. Requests are accepted from 10.00 (10.00 a.m.) till 13.00 (1.00 p.m.) not more a week and not less than 24 hours before the day of arrival/departure.
• 2. Requests for Saturday, Sunday and Monday are accepted till 13.00 (1.00 p.m.) Friday.
• 3. Requests for holidays are accepted till 13.00 (1.00 p.m.) last working holiday day.
• 4. Requests sent after 13.00 (1.00 p.m.) 24 hours before arrival and not less, than 4 hours prior to arrival/departure are considered under the urgent tariff (+ 1500 RUR for person).
• 5. The executor at request reception contacts the customer and confirms received terms and terms of payment.
• 6. Requests are considered accepted only after oral or written confirmation.
• 7. Request annulment is accepted not later than 4 hours prior to departure/arrival of the passenger.
• 8. In the absence of cancellation the request is completely paid.
• 9. The request is not paid, if service has not been rendered because of air-company.
• 10. Changes of the request till 13-00 (1.00 p.m.) 24 hours prior to arrival/departure are brought without additional payment.
• 11. Changes of the request after 13-00 (1.00 p.m.) 24 hours prior to arrival but not less than 4 hours prior to departure is considered as annulment of the old request and placing new under the urgent tariff.
• 12. In case of applying with the request less than for 4 hours to departure/arrival refusal in rendering of services is possible.
• 13. Meeting persons are supposed to stay in VIP - lounge without weapon, 2 accompanying persons on each request.

Request cancellation

• 1. Request cancellation is accepted not less than 4 hours before departure/arrival. In such case the client receives back:
• - Sheremetievo airport - 4000 RUR for person
• - Domodedovo airport - 2000 RUR for person
• 2. In case of request cancellation less than 4 hours before departure/arrival the payment return is not possible
• 3. Request cancellation till 13.00 (1.00 p.m.) 24 hours before arrival/departure - without penalties

Terms of payment

The payment can be carried out

• - by cash in the office of the company
• - by cashless transfer according agreement or invoice

Rules and penalties

• 1. Changes of the confirmed request are considered as cancellation of the old request and replacing it by new one.
• 2. Changes of the request mean: date change; or departure/arrival flight; surnames of clients.
• 3. Addition of passengers on flight to earlier confirmed request is considered as placing of the new request.
• 4. In case of placing of the request less than 24 hours prior to departure, or after 13.00 (1.00 p.m.) of a present day for the request for next day the price is considered as urgent request.
• 5. In case of change/carrying over on the VIP-service (the Sheremetyevo-1, the Sheremetyevo-2) after 13:00 (1.00 p.m.) at the previous day the price is raised as per urgent request.
• 6. In case while at the moment of arrival/departure, the number of the passengers on the ordered flight exceeds the number of the passengers submitted in the request, the Executor cannot promote in the passing through the VIP - lounge passengers not specified in the request.
• 7. In case if the client after confirmation of the request has not taken advantage of service because of the reasons independent of the company, payment for the rendered service is not returned back.
• 8. Payment is made on the terms of 100 % of an advance payment.
